Reviews and Ratings
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel while traveling from Melbourne to Hervey Bay. At just $80 a night, it offered great value for money compared to our previous stop. The room was comfortable and included nice touches like armchairs. The restaurant was a standout, where we enjoyed some delicious meals. On the downside, I did hear from others that some rooms showed signs of wear, which is worth considering.
The motel has recently come under new management, and while it shows signs of wear, the potential for improvement is clear. The staff is very approachable and eager to help, making the stay more pleasant. Our room was spacious and clean, offering good value for the price, especially for a family. However, the noise from the old air conditioning and some dated features detracted from an otherwise decent experience.
I had a rather disappointing experience at this hotel. While it was a decent size and the staff were somewhat helpful, the cleanliness of the rooms was a big letdown, and the amenities did not match the price we paid. The good part was the convenient location, but overall, I wouldn't recommend it based on my stay.
We were on a road trip and needed a quick stop in Coffs Harbour. While the motel had spacious rooms and a friendly owner, we were disappointed with the cleanliness and the uncomfortable mattress in one of the beds. The dining experience was pleasant, but could use some improvement. Overall, it's a decent option for families looking for a budget-friendly overnight stay, but it may not be ideal for longer stays due to some outdated features.
I recently stayed at this resort and had a mixed experience. The grounds were beautiful, and I enjoyed a lovely meal delivered to my room. However, my room was quite dated and cleanliness was a concern. The location is right by a noisy highway, which made for an uncomfortable night's sleep. Overall, it had its charm, but there are some serious aspects to consider before booking.
